By accessing or using EchoIndex, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

3. Service nature (informational only)

EchoIndex is provided for informational and research purposes only. Content on this website is not investment advice, trading advice, legal advice, or tax advice. You are responsible for your own decisions, risk management, and legal compliance.

4. How the service currently works

EchoIndex currently aggregates public crypto news, runs automated classification and grouping, computes article-level and event-level signals, and displays a derived market sentiment index and related summaries. Automated outputs may be incomplete, delayed, or incorrect.

The service may also provide account login, profile settings, saved news, and sharing tools. Features may change, be removed, or be limited by region, deployment environment, or third-party provider availability.

5. No investment recommendation

Any index value, sentiment label, score, chart, ranking, or event description is a descriptive signal and not a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any asset. Crypto assets are volatile and may result in partial or total loss.

6. Data quality, availability, and changes

We aim to provide accurate and timely information, but we do not guarantee completeness, accuracy, uninterrupted availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

7. Accounts and security

If you create an account, authentication may be handled through Supabase Auth and supported identity providers. You are responsible for maintaining credential confidentiality, using a lawful email address, and notifying us about suspected unauthorized access. We may suspend access for security reasons, abuse, or violations of these terms.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, disrupt operations, bypass technical limits, or extract content systematically in ways that harm the service or violate applicable law. This includes abusing login flows, scraping at unreasonable rates, attempting prompt or model abuse through user input, or using the service in a way that degrades availability for others.

9. Intellectual property

All rights in the service, including branding, original layouts, and original visualizations, are owned by EchoIndex Team or its licensors. You may share links. Quoting short excerpts for commentary or research is allowed where permitted by law with proper attribution.

10. Third-party content and links

EchoIndex links to third-party websites and sources. We do not control third-party content and are not responsible for their availability, accuracy, or policies. Your use of third-party sites is governed by their terms.

11. Privacy and cookies

Please review our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which explain how personal data and cookies or similar browser storage are currently handled.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as is and as available. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by mandatory law.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws applicable at the operator's registered seat, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer protection rules remain unaffected.
